Our assortment of bird callers are all true instruments: artisanal gems made from natural materials: wood, metal, and leather. The designs are still being tweaked to achieve the most accurate possible imitation of the actual bird sound. In addition to the material and design, the person playing the caller is, of course, a major influence. Listen carefully to the bird's original call (see, for example, "bird sounds" on Google). We will add as many videos as possible as examples for you to practice with! You will notice that birds other than the exact species mentioned will also respond, so the species name should be interpreted broadly... Finally: enjoy communicating with our feathered friends, but do not disturb them. If you notice, for example, aggressive behaviour or alarm calls, stop communicating, as this indicates nest defence.
