Our assortment of bird callers are all true instruments: handcrafted gems made from natural materials such as wood, metal, and leather. Designs are constantly being refined to achieve the most accurate imitation of the actual bird sound possible. In addition to the material and design, the person using the caller is, of course, a major factor. Listen carefully to the original call of the bird (see, for example, "bird sounds" on Google). We will add as many videos as possible as examples for you to practice with! You will notice that birds other than the exact species mentioned will also respond, so you should interpret the species name broadly... Finally: enjoy communicating with our feathered friends, but do not disturb them. If you notice aggressive behavior or alarm calls, stop communicating; it indicates nest defense.
