Worms in the soil... who doesn't know them? Sometimes there are too few worms, which can be due to impoverishment (too little organic material such as leaves) or due to an overzealous mole...
Worms keep the soil aerated by making long tunnels; without worms, the soil becomes denser, and plant roots receive less oxygen and will grow less well.
For a new or extra boost to the soil, we offer a package of 2 types of effective worms:
750 grams of Eisenia hortensis (Dendrobena veneta)
40 pieces of Common Earthworms (Lumbricus terrestris)
The worms are shipped directly from our grower to the customer; we do not ship during frost or high temperatures.
