Strawberry planter Bato

This Strawberry Grow Box has been uniquely developed for growing strawberries. It is common to plant 4 plants per box. A known problem is the kinking of the fruit stems, which prevents them from ripening optimally (so-called 'kinked trusses'). Professionally, the boxes are hung over pipes, but a wooden frame is also a nice solution; make it at eye level, then you can grow other crops underneath! Internal dimensions: 14x20x38 cm = over 10 litres.
Substrate advice: It is best to place a stack of pot shards or sprinkle some hydro pellets over the holes for good drainage.
Fill the boxes with good, preferably organic potting soil (850630). The soil should not be too rich and compact, as this indicates poorer quality or garden soil. The material used is PP (polypropylene).
