Vegtrug Wall Hugger (medium)

This wall-mounted VegTrug is a sturdy and attractive wooden planter on legs, perfect for growing vegetables, herbs, or flowers in any (light-filled) spot. Some notable features:
- Narrower than "normal" VegTrugs, suitable for smaller spaces and against a wall.
- Length 180 cm, width 46 cm, and height 80 cm.
- The durable, environmentally friendly treated wood will last for years.
- The planters are very easy to assemble.
- The VegTrug comes with a fitted liner that retains soil but allows water to drain.
- For everyone (but especially for the elderly or gardeners with disabilities), it offers an ideal and comfortable working height, and its V-shape allows for easy wheelchair access without sacrificing root depth.
- The legs are protected by plastic protectors.
- Difficult for slugs, pets, etc., to reach.
Maintenance:
Fertilization and drainage are both very important.
Empty the VegTrug into the garden every winter and let it dry out.
Once the wood is dry, you can make it weather-resistant with linseed oil, put the plastic "liner" back in, first a layer of hydro-granules (which you can reuse every year), then organic potting soil. During cultivation, fertilize generously with, for example, worm compost or FungiPost, and for a new crop, mix a small bag of potting soil into the top layer.
