Vegtrug Vegetable Planter Small

The VegTrug is a sturdy and attractive wooden raised planter on legs, perfect for growing vegetables, herbs, or flowers in any (bright) location. Some notable features:

Maintenance:
Fertilization and drainage are both very important.
Empty the VegTrug into the garden every winter and let it dry out.
Once the wood is dry, you can make it weather-resistant with linseed oil, put the plastic "liner" back in, first a layer of hydrogranules (which you can reuse every year), then organic potting soil. During cultivation, fertilize well with, for example, worm castings or Mushroom Compost, and for a new crop, mix a small bag of potting soil into the top layer.
