Mother of Thousands is an old-fashioned plant that I absolutely loved as a child. They can go outside in the summer. Young plants grow along the edges of the leaves: pot them up and give them away! Tortoises love them. But there is another, serious application, which is used in Spain and Portugal: the sap is extracted from the leaves and mixed with a pleasant-tasting juice to make it drinkable. A group of people believe that this sap is a proven remedy for cancer. Worth trying, but never use such miracle cures instead of regular treatment!
