Apricot Rose / Peach Rose 'Bella Romantica' / 'Honoré de Bal'

AVAILABLE FROM OCTOBER - NOVEMBER UNTIL STOCKS LAST!
It's the delightful light peach scent that drew us to this rose. Ideal for perfumes, but the petals are especially edible in desserts (crème brûlée) and salads!
The plant is also more than worthwhile in the garden: Named after one of the most famous French writers of the first half of the 19th century: one of the founders of the realistic novel as a literary form.
This beautiful tea hybrid from 1993 by breeder Meilland has good re-blooming. At that time, there was high demand for old-fashioned, very double-flowered roses, the so-called Romantica Roses. The true "oldies" were and are very susceptible to disease, so it was a challenge for Meilland to breed a disease-resistant variety. The flower is large (10-12 cm), well-filled, cream-white with pink edges, and lightly scented. Growth is moderately strong, bushy, and upright: ± 100 cm high and 80 cm wide. Naturally, the large flower is sensitive to rain.
BECAUSE OUR ROSES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE ONCE (AT MOST TWICE) A YEAR, THE WAITING TIME CAN BE LONG.
