This creeping plant easily grows in sunny or shady spots, its white flowers are like little stars in a mass of leaves. In many countries around the Mediterranean, but also in California, this is a top performer and is aptly called "Yerba buena" = the good herb in Spanish. Its soft mint aroma makes the plant suitable for all refreshing flavor additions. Of course, it is also a widely used plant in tea or as tea. Children make children's perfume from it....
