Mid-Season Strawberry 'Limalexia'

(2019) A promising variety from Limgroup! The plants grow vigorously and healthily and also bear fruit in very hot weather, provided there is sufficient watering. The fruits are quite large and have an excellent taste. You can count on a June filled with red!
For the professional grower, this variety offers extra possibilities; by potting cooled plants at different times, the harvest in the greenhouse extends from very early to very late, and they tolerate short days well.

Part of our strawberry collection consists of rare old varieties, which are only sporadically available. Therefore, the waiting time can be long. Annually in July, a new crop is potted by our grower, which is delivered in August-September. In April-May, we can replenish some of this assortment. Please note that there will be postage costs for any backorders.
