'Chaval' is a beach strawberry that is very suitable for use as a ground cover. The fruits of this strawberry are edible. It has glossy green leaves. Our strawberry collection partly consists of rare old varieties, which are only sparingly available. Every year, in July, our grower pots up a new crop, which is delivered in September. In April-May, we can replenish part of this assortment.
