SOLD OUT! We found this delicious strawberry in an old garden, where this variety has been cultivated since about 1950. Its very good taste (aromatic with a sweet and sour experience) and beautiful color are striking. The fruits are medium-sized and remarkably firm; they can be stored on a plate for several days. My grower has honored me by naming the variety (for now) after me…! (bnkk)
Our strawberry collection partly consists of rare old varieties, which are only sparingly available. Every July, our grower pots up a new crop, which is delivered in September. In April-May, we can replenish part of this assortment.
