Seedling from a fertile variety.
Who doesn't know the walnut... wide trees that create a delightful shaded spot. A useful fact: mosquitoes and flies dislike the vicinity of this tree, so a bench under a walnut tree is a joy on a balmy summer evening...! We supply young saplings, which gives the best chance of healthy growth. Plant them deep enough so that the root ball is just below the ground (not too deep) and ensure a moderately moist, well-drained spot. Walnuts need to ripen further after harvesting.
