Purple (Black) Summer Raspberry 'Glen Coe'
- Product number: 822135.1
- Origin: Europe
- Latin: Rubus x neglectus
(1989) Breeder Derek Jennings, Scotland. A delicious raspberry with a unique, velvety, purple color! Wonderfully juicy and sweet with a strong aroma and a large harvest. Its growth vigor is greater than that of a red raspberry, and the shoots grow from the heart of the plant. Prune all old branches annually, as 2-year-old wood yields the best production.
POSSIBLY AVAILABLE AGAIN IN AUTUMN 2023.
