Thornless blackberry, medium growth, harvest time begins in August and continues until mid-September. The very firm fruits (blackberries or brambles) are fairly large and slightly elongated. They are sweet with a firm bite. Let them ripen well on the plant, this will improve the taste and production; ultimately they will reward you with a large harvest. The plant is very winter-hardy and grows on both clay and sandy soil. On sandy soil, mulch sufficiently to prevent evaporation. Thorny stems can grow from the roots, always remove these!
