ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This product is obtained by heating mica, causing it to expand. When used in your soil mixture, it stores water in its vesicles. It acts like a sponge, but be careful: if your substrate is quite water-retentive (for example, due to the presence of clay), do not use vermiculite.
