Deep Seed and Cutting Trays 60 Cells (134 mm deep)

These practical seed or cutting trays have been specially developed for deep-rooted crops such as sown or cutting-propagated trees and shrubs, but also all types of annual and perennial vegetable and ornamental crops that you want to grow for a longer period.
The vertical indentations force the roots to grow vertically. Research indicates that plants need depth more than width for rooting. Therefore, a lot of space is wasted when growing with pots where the diameter equals the height, and more water also evaporates. A narrow and tall pot is therefore the most ideal.
The trays contain 60 pots (6x10) and measure 53x30 cm. The individual pots are 48x45mm and 134mm deep.
