Playful, colourful and yet a little wild.... the 40 cm tall flower stems bear an elongated cluster of up to 15 drooping bells. They like moisture and (light) shade, ideal as underplanting for shrubs and trees, the spreading is very good. As cut flowers very strong, they do not smell. The difference with the English bluebell is the top of the flower stem: Spanish upright, English drooping, Spanish unscented, English scented.
