Deep orange flowers and cheerful, graceful green and yellow striped leaves.
The sturdy stems have up to 2/3 of their length adorned with elegant whorls of shiny green and yellow leaves, topped with a cluster of large bell-shaped flowers featuring a tuft (crown) of variegated bracts. It is known for its repellent effect on moles. Tip: because the bulb has a hollow at the top where rot can occur in very damp soil, we recommend planting the bulbs on their side.
