AUTUMN-FLOWERING. The “wonderful” (mirabile) aspect of this species primarily lies in the pink markings on its young leaves, which later turn silver-green: truly unique! The flowers are often fragrant and bright white. This species originates from the Turkish pine forests and maquis (shrubland) in southwestern Turkey.
It's not that difficult to offer rare cyclamen tubers. Whether poached from the wild or not, there's a lively worldwide trade. It's a pity that only a fraction of these tubers truly thrive in the garden. We have the solution for you: every species we supply is cultivated in a pot in the Netherlands and already has foliage, so we dare to guarantee re-growth! When planting, mix the potting soil from the pots with the surrounding soil, otherwise the tubers may remain too wet.
