The large arrow-shaped leaves are light pink with pinkish-red veins and a broad, green margin.

Each year, we purchase the largest possible tubers for growing these beautiful, large plants. They will create a wonderful spectacle of colour in your garden during summer, whether planted in pots, containers, or even a large pot on the windowsill. As these plants also thrive in shade, they provide colour where most flowers cannot! In autumn, the plant dies back, and you can overwinter the tubers in a frost-free (and relatively dry) environment.
