Mix of single-flowered colours, the white with a green heart, the rest with a black to purple heart.
By far the most famous anemone, loved throughout time as a cut flower and introduced to our country from France around 1850. There are two well-known types: the De Caen type with large, beautifully coloured, single flowers and the St. Brigid type with semi-double flowers and rather narrow petals. Requires nutritious, humous soil and with some winter cover sufficiently frost-resistant. Height 25 cm.
