A versatile crop!
1) First of all, this wheat grain has excellent baking quality: bread from your own garden.
2) The germinated (or slightly longer germinated) seeds are delicious and healthy.
3) From a corner of your wheat field in the garden, you harvest some unripe ears to use fresh in bouquets or to dry for dried bouquets.
4) Furthermore, this wheat is of course very suitable for wheatgrass juice, a healthy sip!
5) Finally: sown in a pot of soil, cat grass is created, purringly delicious for your cat!
This variety is cultivated as a sprout vegetable (for the white sprout) or as a microgreen (for the young plant with cotyledon or first true leaf). Sprout cultivation is done in the dark and warmth; the sprouts can stay fresh in the refrigerator for a week, provided they are well-drained. Microgreens are grown on moisture-retaining material (paper towel, cotton wool, soil). For germination, dark and warm; after germination, light and cooler.
