ORGANICALLY GROWN SEEDS! Sunflower sprouts are delicious: a little sweet, a little nutty. Once you've tried them, you'll be hooked on these wonderful "microgreens"...! Grow them on a moist substrate (kitchen paper, cotton wool, cloth or sowing soil) and cover the seeds with a cloth or sowing soil. Harvest the young plant as soon as the cotyledon has fully unfolded.
This variety is grown as microgreens (for the young plant with cotyledon or first true leaf). Microgreens are grown on moisture-retaining material (kitchen paper, cotton wool, soil). Keep dark and warm for germination, then light and cooler after germination.
