ORGANICALLY GROWN SEEDS! Sunflower sprouts are very tasty: a little sweet, a little nutty. Once you've tried them, addiction to this delicious "microgreen" is just around the corner…! Grow them on a moist substrate (kitchen paper, cotton wool, cloth or seed compost) and cover the seeds with a cloth or seed compost. Harvest the young plant as soon as the cotyledon has fully unfolded.
This variety is grown as a microgreen (for the young plant with cotyledon or first true leaf). Microgreens are grown on moisture-retaining material (kitchen paper, cotton wool, soil). Dark and warm for germination, light and cooler after germination.
