Pleasantly sharp sprouts, taking your salad to a higher flavor level!
These seeds have been found free of harmful bacteria after harvesting: Salmonella spp., Listeria monocytogenes, E. coli O157-H7 & EHEC (Enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli). The seeds have since been handled as hygienically as possible.
This variety is grown as a sprout vegetable (for the white sprout) or as a microgreen (for the young plant with cotyledons or first true leaves). Sprouting takes place in the dark and in warmth; the sprouts can stay fresh in the refrigerator for a week, provided they are well drained. Microgreens are grown on moisture-retaining material (paper towels, cotton wool, soil). For germination, dark and warm; after germination, light and cooler.
