Fast-growing, tender radish leaves in a fresh pink color. The leaves are hairless and have a pleasantly mild radish flavor. Harvest them very young, young, or fully grown: always delicious. The roots (radishes) are small and not edible.
This variety is cultivated as sprouts (for the white sprout) or as microgreens (for the young plant with cotyledons or first true leaves). Sprout cultivation is done in the dark and in warmth; the sprouts can stay fresh in the refrigerator for a week, provided they are well drained. Microgreens are grown on moisture-retaining material (paper towels, cotton wool, soil). For germination, keep dark and warm; after germination, keep light and cooler.
