ORGANICALLY GROWN SEEDS. Nicely spicy with deep purple cotyledons and a light purple stem. Surprises and decorates the salad.
This variety is cultivated as a sprout or germinated vegetable (for the white germ) or as a microgreen (for the young plant with cotyledons or first true leaf). Sprouting takes place in the dark and in warmth; the sprouts can stay fresh in the refrigerator for a week, provided they are well drained. Microgreens are grown on moisture-retaining material (paper towel, cotton wool, soil). For germination, keep dark and warm; after germination, keep light and cooler.
