A nice kick. Will surprise your salad.
This variety is grown as sprouts (for the white sprout) or as microgreens (for the young plant with cotyledons or first true leaves). Sprouting takes place in the dark and warmth; the sprouts can be kept fresh in the refrigerator for a week, provided they are well-drained. Microgreens are grown on moisture-retaining material (paper towels, cotton wool, soil). For germination, keep dark and warm; after germination, provide light and cooler temperatures.
