The most popular in China! This tropical bean variety has green seeds and produces thick, tender sprouts. Delicious in salads, soups, and rice dishes. These seeds have been tested after harvest and found free of harmful bacteria: Salmonella spp., Listeria monocytogenes, E. coli O157-H7 & Ehec (Enterohaemorrhagic Escherichia coli). The seeds are then handled as hygienically as possible.
This variety is mainly grown as a sprout vegetable (for the white sprout). Cultivation takes place in the dark and in warmth. The sprouts can stay fresh in the refrigerator for a week, provided they are well drained.
