ECO GROWN SEEDS! This old familiar cress is delicious in salads or on bread.
This variety is grown as sprouts (for the white germ) or as microgreens (for the young plant with cotyledon or first true leaf). Sprouting takes place in the dark and warmth; the sprouts can remain fresh in the refrigerator for a week, provided they are well drained. Microgreens are grown on moisture-retaining material (paper towel, cotton wool, soil). For germination, keep dark and warm; after germination, provide light and cooler temperatures.
