Sowing method: Growing method 1: Rinse the seeds with lukewarm water and soak them for an hour. Drain the water and rinse the seeds twice a day with lukewarm water. Grow them, for example, in a glass jar or a special sprouting kit. Between rinses, store the jar upside down in a dark, warm place. Growing method 2: Like cress, the seeds can also be grown on filter paper or in a thin layer of soil. Harvest when the cotyledon has fully developed.
