Excuse the English term, as we didn't find "Worteltjeskers", "Wortelbladkers" or "Peentjeskers" to sound right. The beautiful, fine leaves of carrots decorate dishes wonderfully and have a mild, slightly sweet carrot flavour!
This variety is grown as a microgreen (for the young plant with cotyledons or first true leaf). Microgreens are grown on moisture-retaining material (paper towel, cotton wool, soil). Keep dark and warm for germination, then light and cooler after germination.
