The ideal disposable growing mats (67x96 mm) for cress, rocket, broccoli cress and other easy germinators, where the harvest consists of sprouts + leaves, the so-called Microgreens. The material is made from organically grown hemp fibre and absorbs moisture very well. Place the mats on a dish (e.g. a baking dish), let them soak up water for an hour, then scatter the seeds on the mat, press lightly and ensure the mat remains moist by pouring some water into the dish daily. A window sill near a sink is the ideal growing spot. In the case of cress, harvesting is possible within 1 week.
