A beautiful conifer, native to Brazil, Argentina, and other regions. These trees grow well in pots in our climate and can withstand a single night of frost, but in case of more severe frost, the tree should be well wrapped or placed in a frost-free shed.
The branches are covered with sharp, bright green scales. In nature, male and female trees pollinate each other, and the enormous fruits are full of large seeds.
This very special plant is more than worth cultivating!
