Sowing method: Year-round. Mix the hard-shelled seeds with a handful of moist river sand and store them at 15-20°C for a period of several months, stirring regularly and keeping them moist. This is necessary to soften the hard seed coat and make it permeable to water. Then store them at ± 5°C, after which the actual germination can begin. Once sprouts are visible after a few weeks or months: sow. This germination method is called "Stratification".
