A quick refresher... what exactly is a Wadi? A wadi is essentially a depression in the landscape or your garden where excess water flows and then infiltrates the soil. This helps nature combat drought and waterlogging.
This 100% native mixture consists of annual and perennial species (over 30 in total) and is suitable for a sandy wadi that is mostly dry but collects rainwater during heavy downpours. The species in this mixture are well adapted to drought and also to temporarily wet conditions.
The benefits of sowing a wadi? It promotes biodiversity, improves soil life, and plant roots ensure better water infiltration. In addition, the vegetation reduces trampling, allowing the soil to retain its airy structure.
The composition forms an aesthetically pleasing whole with various colors and a long flowering period. The combination of 20% annuals and 80% perennials makes the mixture suitable for sowing in spring and autumn. The height of the mixture is approximately 40-60 cm. Dosage: 3 grams for 2 m², mix the seeds with dry silver sand for good dispersion.
