A sunny plant, native to North-Eastern America. In the first year, it forms a leaf rosette, which in the second year blooms with bright yellow flowers with an almost black center. The plant self-seeds easily, constantly rejuvenating itself. Butterflies love it, and the cut flower lasts long in a vase. Height 60-90 cm, flowering period July-September.
