THE QUEEN AMONG THE UMBELLIFERS!
Thanks in part to Piet Oudolf, this wonderful “weaving plant” has become popular, but seeds are rarely offered! The first thing that stands out is the ultra-fine, fern-like, incised foliage. From there, branched, red stems (100-150 cm) grow with full, bright white flower heads “on top”. Each head is composed of round umbels, each of which is again surrounded by green-white bracts, who could invent something so beautiful...
Flowering usually occurs from late summer into autumn. Give the plants a fertile, moist, but well-drained spot.
