This member of the salvia family presents a brilliant, almost exotic calling card! First, the large, arrow-shaped, grey-felted leaves emerge, which also release a fresh minty scent (when touched). From July until frost, the plant blooms at about 120 cm with clusters of trumpet-shaped flowers in a bright, purple-pink color. Give it full sun to partial shade and nutritious, not too wet soil. The plant can tolerate some frost, but in severe frost, winter storage is recommended.
