Sowing method: First, keep them in a warm and humid place for 6-8 weeks (seeds will swell), then place the seed tray in the refrigerator for 4-8 weeks. An hour of frost is beneficial (activates germination hormones); sometimes, the seeds will germinate while still in the refrigerator. Afterwards, move them to a warmer spot, but no warmer than 10°C. If germination doesn't occur, repeat the cycle. Direct sowing is also an option; simply let them overwinter, and germination will take place in the spring.
