Fantastic large Cranesbill, which first and foremost stands out due to its large, deeply incised leaves. The vibe of a palm is definitely present! After 1 or 2 years, the fairly large, bright white flowers emerge above the foliage to a height of 1 m. Towards the heart, the flower color is a vibrant dark pink, creating a nice contrast. The flowering period is from April to June. Give them a sunny to lightly shaded (large) spot, some drought is well tolerated. Mix some potting soil or peat into the ground for the correct acidity. After flowering, the plant will self-seed abundantly, so that a weakening plant always has fresh offspring. Due to the enormous leaf growth, a beautiful structure is created at the base of the plant. The lower leaves support the upper leaves, so do not immediately cut off the more worn leaves; these will be naturally overgrown. In severe frost, some protection is recommended; potting and overwintering frost-free is also an option.
