One of the most graceful spring bloomers, difficult to cultivate but more than worth the effort. The name refers to the pointed corms, which resemble dog's teeth. Plant them in a semi-shaded spot. The foliage is beautifully mottled and forms a lovely base for the slender stems with hanging mini-lilies in white with a lilac-pink tinge and dark purple pistil and stamens.
