The earliest bloomer of all Dieramas! As early as May, the slender stems are adorned with lilac-pink trumpet-shaped flowers. This unusual variety has some of the flowers upright (instead of hanging). This rarity was collected in the Drakensberg mountains. Height 90-120 cm.
Dierama plants have a graceful inflorescence: the more or less long, thin (but tough) stems bear trumpet-shaped flowers, which are concentrated mainly at the ends and hang downwards. The stems bend under this weight, creating the illusion of a fishing rod under tension! Give the plants a sheltered spot and, most importantly, not too wet (on a mound).
