This native climber has an enormous growth rate: 15 meters per year is not uncommon. It is therefore best to prune them back annually. Sowing method: Sow in a seed tray, first giving 2-4 weeks of warmth (18-22°C), then a cold period, for example in the refrigerator (+4°C) for 4-6 weeks, then gradually warming up to room temperature, after which germination will follow. Sowing directly into the ground is also possible; in that case, simply let it overwinter, and germination will occur in spring.
