A fast-growing climber for a (partial) shade spot. In its first year, it can be used as a hanging plant in a window box (it will also bloom then), and in subsequent years, it becomes a diligent climber. The hanging, bell-shaped flowers (on purple stems) are cream with a burgundy-red heart. After flowering, decorative seedheads appear, which shimmer beautifully and fluffily on a dry autumn day! After the 2nd year, prune annually for rejuvenation.
