Cheiranthus cheiri 'Fair Lady'

  • Product number: 581250
  • Origin: Europe
  • Latin: Cheiranthus cheiri, or Erysimum cheiri

Single-flowered and 45 cm high. Bicolour shades and pastel colours make this a very attractive mix.

Wallflowers owe their name to their spontaneous germination on crumbling (demolition) walls and/or their frequent planting at the foot of a sunny wall. They therefore like sun and, above all, not too much moisture! In such a place, they self-seed, and timely pruning and mounding of the old plants often leads to regrowth.

Names:
Latin: Cheiranthus cheiri, or also Erysimum cheiri
Dutch: Hoge Muurbloem
Also: Erysimum cheiri
English: Wallflower
