  • Latin: Alcea rosea

The violet flowers have a chestnut-brown sheen, sometimes almost black. This provides depth and contrast!

Hollyhocks are the summer kings of your garden. They love full sun and grow in any soil type. Our range of colours is extensive. The Chaters series produces a flower stem with full, double flowers, well distributed along the stem. The height is between 150-200 cm. They are biennial, although rejuvenation often occurs from the basal rosette, which is stimulated by timely removal of spent flowers.
