A Californian flower, which we mostly know as the yellow-white "Poached Eggs", but this plain white variety is actually even more beautiful. Very easy to cultivate! The plant grows to 30 cm high and blooms profusely with 1-1.5 cm large saucer-shaped, white flowers with dark veins. The name "downy" is due to the hairiness around the flower (buds). They grow in any soil type, as long as it is moist. After flowering, the small fruits are popular on a limited scale, the oil made from them is very stable!
