This versatile plant is a relative of the well-known garden cress, but far less known, so for many, it's a pleasant discovery! Its serrated and bumpy leaves look elegant in a mixed salad. The taste: spicy and aromatic. It grows almost everywhere, even in pots. If you let this garden cress grow beyond the first cotyledon, the beautiful serration will develop. The young leaves are delicious in salads. When grown outdoors in summer, they will flower and then form graceful silver-green pods on 40-50 cm long stems, very attractive to use in bouquets instead of ornamental grasses! For strong stem development, give them a bit more space from each other.
